Lots of action in the backcountry!

Fished a 3/4 day on Thursday with Stan down from Michigan.  We caught our limit of nice mangrove snappers in about 20 minutes off a little sunken boat out towards the gulf, then went and caught a dozen or so nice spanish mackerel along with a few jacks.  Ran out further into the gulf and caught some more of the same and 4 little blacktip sharks, nice to see the sharks returning from the cold.  No cobia's or goliaths but I'm sure they'll show up as it warms up.  We ran inside again after that and caught some nice trout and ladyfish for 30 minutes before heading back in.  Good times especially with light tackle!
